Alana PT, DPT, PRPC
Alana is a dedicated physical therapist specializing in pelvic health. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the College of Charleston and her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine.
Before joining Cray Physical Therapy, Alana served as a Senior Pelvic Health Physical Therapist at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She has completed extensive training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She holds both the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) and the Certificate of Achievement in Obstetric Physical Therapy (CAPP-OB), highlighting her advanced expertise in the field.
Currently, Alana is pursuing comprehensive certification in Pilates through Polestar Pilates and is on track to become a Certified Rehabilitation Practitioner.
Alana is deeply committed to continuing education and staying current with best practices in pelvic health. She takes a patient-centered, holistic approach to care, incorporating evidence-based techniques such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to develop personalized, effective treatment plans.
