Dr. Sugar is a licensed physical therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northeastern University, where she also completed her undergraduate studies. With advanced training in pelvic floor therapy and dry needling, she specializes in helping female athletes recover, perform, and thrive at every stage of their journey.

Originally from Vermont, Dr. Sugar’s background in soccer and ski racing helped spark her deep passion for movement, injury prevention, and athletic performance. She blends evidence-based techniques with a personalized, compassionate approach to help her patients return to doing what they love, pain-free and stronger than ever.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Olivia training for marathons, enjoying the outdoors, or adventuring with her dog, Jackson.
