Tessa began working at Cray PT in September 2017 after earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2017 from Boston University. During her time at Boston University she completed two clinical rotations in outpatient orthopedics as well as rotations in acute care and vestibular neurological rehabilitation. Tessa’s treatment philosophy centers around having the patient play an active role in their recovery and providing patient education to facilitate the patient’s active participation.
Tessa is a former competitive figure skater. She was an international competitor, intercollegiate national medalist, and regional finalist competing and performing in shows for over 10 years. She is a US Figure Skating certified coach and currently coaches young competitive skaters in her time outside the clinic.
In her free time, she enjoys staying active via running, attending Pilates classes, and exercising at the gym. Tessa loves animals, especially dogs, and has a rescue puppy from Aruba.
